Delivery Terms
USA Delivery
All U.S. orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Jersey.
Local sales tax is applied at checkout, where applicable, based on the destination state’s tax rate.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Estimated average shipping rates by state and weight bracket are outlined below:

Delivery to US states typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
You’ll receive tracking details via sales@gingerlily.co.uk, and the assigned carrier will follow up by text, phone, or email.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends or US federal holidays.
- Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.
Canada Delivery
All Canada orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA.
Orders are shipped using FedEx International Priority Express. Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location, customs clearance and courier availability.
Canadian import duties, taxes, customs charges and applicable courier clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. These charges will be payable by the customer and will be requested by the courier before delivery can be completed.
To avoid delays, failed delivery or return of the parcel to our New Jersey warehouse, duties, taxes and customs-related charges must be paid promptly when requested by the courier. If an order is returned to us because these charges have not been paid, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees and courier charges incurred will be deducted from the order refund.

For orders over 150 lbs, shipping will be quoted separately after the order is placed. We will contact you with the applicable shipping cost, which must be paid and confirmed before the order can proceed.
Some Canadian postal codes fall within an out-of-delivery-area or remote delivery area. Where this applies, additional courier charges will be payable after checkout, and delivery will take longer than the standard estimate.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent by email from sales@gingerlily.co.uk. The appointed courier will also contact you by text, phone or email regarding delivery or customs-related payments.
Please note:
- Business days do not include weekends, US federal holidays, Canadian federal holidays or local public holidays.
- Orders placed during weekends or holiday periods will be processed on the next available business day, subject to stock availability.
Pre-orders
If your US order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, shipping will be placed on hold until all items are available. Pre-ordered items will be delivered according to the estimated lead time.
Please note that payment is required in advance to secure all pre-order items.

For the best experience, customers outside the US, including the UK, Europe, and other international destinations should order through our dedicated UK website: https://gingerlily.co.uk, which features region-specific sizes and promotions.
Return Policy
USA, Canada, and South America
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Be sure to include your order number and retain proof of shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.
