To ensure delivery before Christmas place your order by Monday 19th December for UK Standard Delivery.
For all international orders please place your orders before Friday 16th December. 
Shipping to the USA will be charged at a flat rate of $40 for customers on the east coast, $60 for customers in the mid-west and central states or $80 for customers on the west coast.
Orders will be shipped from the United Kingdom and delivered duties paid.

Deliveries to mainland Europe may take up to 10 working days. All deliveries are made with courier DHL; you can follow the progress of your delivery on the DHL website using your unique tracking number.

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition and packaging within 14 days (from the date of receipt) we will give you an exchange or refund. When returning goods, please quote your order reference and obtain proof of postage as Gingerlily cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Gingerlily will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.
