We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition within 14 days (of receiving your goods) we will give you an exchange or refund. A returns form will be included in your parcel; please complete it and include it in your returns parcel. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Gingerlily cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Gingerlily will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged. Should a refund be requested, the original postage and return postage charge will not be refunded. We process our returns as soon as they are received, but during busy periods there may occasionally be a delay. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights.


When items are in stock we will aim to despatch your order the following day. Please allow 7 days for the goods to arrive within the UK. If an item is out of stock we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. We offer a next day delivery service. For an extra £2.10 [Total Delivery P&P Charge £9] we will despatch your order to arrive the next working day. This service is for UK mainland only (excluding a Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery.) .
This offer is only available for UK orders placed before 12 noon, and is subject to stock availability.

Please note that we need you to agree with our terms and conditions for sales to non-EU countries, as set out below, before we can process your order:
UK VAT of 20% will be deducted from merchandise shipped to non-EU countries. Where goods are in stock we will obtain a shipping quote for you and be in touch by email with this quote amount which needs to be settled before the goods can be shipped. Please allow up to 5 working days for a shipping quote to be sent to you as external factors may cause delays.


We accept online payment via Paypal and by a direct link using a fully protected, secure, payment gateway with Payzone. Accepted cards are; Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and American Express. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. In rare instances, we may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary. Please note your credit or debit card will be charged in full at the time of order, this also includes the cost of any items which are to follow at a later date. All prices will be indicated in the currency you have chosen to make your purchase in. This may be UK Pound Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.


While every effort has been made to portray our products accurately, slight variations may occur and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.


Our nightwear products are tailored and shaped but are loose enough to move freely as you lounge and sleep. The sizing chart outlines your measurements [as a guide] and not the measurements of the garment. We know that you want to be comfortable and so the actual products are bigger than your measurements.


Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Catalogue and Website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price, or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.


Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to add it to the review bag page and click the apply button to adjust the total of your purchase. Alternatively, this code can be inputted on the checkout page before you are directed to the payment page. Entry to competitions is free. Gingerlily Ltd reserves the right to reject any incorrect or incomplete entries. Competitions are not open to Gingerlily Ltd employees or their families, or to the employees or families of agencies associated with Gingerlily Ltd. Competitions can be extended or cancelled at any time without notice and at the discretion of Gingerlily Ltd. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. Competition winners will be announced within 14 days after the close of the competition. No alternative cash or otherwise to the stated prizes are available. Any prize not claimed within 7 days of sending notification of a winning entry shall be forfeited. By entering competitions each entrant agrees to the Gingerlily Ltd contact preferences policy. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered online, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on is incorrect for any reason, we will email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product and you can continue with the order or can cancel the order if you wish.
