All U.S. orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Jersey. Local sales tax is applied at checkout, where applicable, based on the destination state’s tax rate. Returns
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Returns should be sent to: Gingerlily Ltd, 4600 140th Ave North, Suite 180, Clearwater, FL 33762, United States. Be sure to include your order number and retain proof of shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process.
